Experience the inner and outer journey of a Gut Cleanse Yoga Retreat, where we follow a century-old alkaline cleanse diet popularised by Perth naturopath Dorothea Snook and her Boston-trained mentor Dr Alice Caporn. Participants will follow this cleanse diet, accompanied by daily yoga practices (asanas/postures, pranayama/breathing, meditation and relaxation practices as well deep reflections) and time in nature will give you a start to a complete fresh reset.

Different focus can be brought to each yoga retreat. A retreat is a time you get aside for yourself and also in a special place that takes you away from your everyday life, so nothing reminds you of your everyday life challenges and the demands it places on you.
In a retreat I would like you to get into the space of “AISHANI”, the one who is powerful and complete.
Topics for a weekend retreat as well as a longer retreat that you may want to experience with a group of people you know, could be:
a) Journey through the Chakras - Where are the chakras, what do they correspond to and where do I need to move more attention to?
b) Yoga - Breathing - Meditation - The basis of yoga are asanas, pranayama and meditation; experiencing and balancing the physical body, the emotional body and the mental body. You will learn practices you can easily integrate in your everyday life thus experience welcoming shifts.
c) Yoga and Art - By centring and energising yourself you will be ready to tap into your creative part and start expressing it.
d) Women Empowerment - Sometimes we need to empower ourselves and each other - different phases of our life ask different things of us , yet sometimes we are not ready for the changes in front of us. this can be
