Shaktiprem, who speaks fluently Italian, German, English has been running yoga retreats in Tuscany for nine years. Normally she runs retreats in May and September each year - also outside the set dates published here if you bring your own group of minimum of six people you can choose from the following topics or suggest your own.

Guided by Shaktiprem, on this Retreat a small group of participants follow a powerful century-old alkaline cleanse diet, that was brought to Australia by the American-trained Naturopathic Doctor and Osteopath, Alice Caporn, PhD, in the 1930s. The diet gained popularity in the 1970s through Perth naturopath, Dorothea Snook, who trained under Dr Caporn.
Having worked in pharmacy and holistic health all her adult life, Shaktiprem says the diet is remarkable, and has amazing results.
Shaktiprem supports the action of the cleansing diet with a daily holistic yoga and meditation program, designed to help you connect mind and body, and let go of what no longer serves you.

Topics for a weekend retreat as well as a longer retreat that you may want to experience with a group of people you know, could be:
a) Journey through the Chakras - Where are the chakras, what do they correspond to and where do I need to move more attention to?
b) Yoga - Breathing - Meditation - The basis of yoga are asanas, pranayama and meditation; experiencing and balancing the physical body, the emotional body and the mental body. You will learn practices you can easily integrate in your everyday life thus experience welcoming shifts.
c) Yoga and Art - By centring and energising yourself you will be ready to tap into your creative part and start expressing it.
d) Women Empowerment - Sometimes we need to empower ourselves and each other - different phases of our life ask different things of us , yet sometimes we are not ready for the changes in front of us. this can be
