Yoga & Art Retreat
Join us in beautiful Tuscany
Have you reached a crossroad in your life and / or need a slower pace that allows you to reflect and connect with your true inner self to be ready for the next steps? Join Aishani Yoga Retreat with Shaktiprem into this journey amidst gentle rolling hills covered in vineyards and olive groves and immerse yourself in ancient yoga and meditation practices that allow you to connect with new horizons.
Yoga in combination with art lets us get in touch with our creative part and easily leads us away from a heavy head oriented life experience to our core - and that in a playful way.
In life we come to many crossroads, where we can choose how to move forward. First at a crossroad we quite often come to a stop which makes us stress or fear the unknown in front of us; the road is not straight ahead of us anymore, we are out of the flow.
These times of change are really times of opportunities to create something new. Is it the loss of a job, suddenly “the empty nest”, menopause for women or just feeling “older”for men, the loss of a loved one, starting a new relationship or ending one - every one of these changes ask us to reflect, find stillness and connect with oneself, gathering the courage that’s needed to make the next steps.
Looking to regain your inner strength? Looking to center and find grounding?
A well-balanced combination of Yoga, detox, healthy scrumptious food, nature and ancient culture awaits you. Along with 3 daily yoga sessions and amazing foods you will also have the chance to experience close up nature at its best.
In your free time you can choose different activities (not inclusive and depending on availability) – exploring the area on foot or horseback, a cooking class with a local Chef, a trip to town or an indulgent healing massage. Or you use your time in between sessions to reflect, read, just be and relax. These are just options for you.
Journey through the Chakras
