15 minute yoga

Release

Let your computer take a nap while Shaktiprem leads you through a series of simple Yoga practices focusing on your joints, your hamstrings, your lower back, your eyes, and your breathing.

Your staff will be guided through simple, stress relieving exercises that they can easily perform at their desk in regular clothing. This session alleviates RSI, reduces tension, and restores balance.

what you will need:

For this session, you’ll only need a little space around your desk. It is suitable for any fitness level, body shape, or age. We all live in a body and this is a basic maintenance routine for it, without having to leave the office.

$120 Per session

Pricing is valid for up to 16 participants in the Brisbane area (other locations can be priced on request). Prepaid in 6 or 12 week blocks.

45 minute yoga

Refresh

Take a break from your desk and meet Shaktiprem in your conference room. These longer sessions involve a series of Yoga postures and stretches to ease muscle and joint tension, which are followed by a relaxation practice.

The Yoga postures give your body a good stretch while focussing on your joints, hamstrings, lower back, the whole spine, and breathing. This is followed by a relaxation practice in which you lie down and deeply relax body and mind, leaving you renewed and refreshed. This session relaxes and refocuses.

This session requires a conference room and is suitable for any fitness level, body shape or age. We all live in a body and this is a basic maintenance routine for it, without having to leave the office.

$325 Per session

60 minute yoga

Reinvigorate

These full guided classes involve yoga postures, breathing exercises, and a deep relaxation practice. They improve productivity and reduce staff turn-over. Classes can be held before or after work, or at lunch time.

This session consists of three parts: Asanas (postures done with awarenees and synchonisation with the breath); Pranayama (breathing practics that balance both hemispheres of the brain) and a Yoga Nidra session (deep relaxation).

You’ll need a conference room, yoga mats, and comfortable clothes. This session is suitable for any fitness level, body shape or age. We all live in a body and this is a basic maintenance routine for it, without having to leave the office.

$380 Per session

Just to say how useful and convenient the weekly Yoga sessions on campus have been.
