Time to work in and putting the "work-outs” on hold? Consciously work with your energy fields so you experience where the flow is and how to shift the blocks once you understood why they were there in the first place.
In this 8 week course you will focus on one chakra each week while the daily practices are designed to balance the energy in your physical, emotional body and the mind.

Two recorded morning yoga sessions per week
Two Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) sessions per week
Daily worksheets and studying material you can do in your own time.
One live session with Shaktiprem per week (watch live over Zoom, or access the recording to watch in your own time.)
