Now here is one of the many things you will experience on a yoga retreat and learn for your everyday life at home. What if you just had a bad night sleep without knowing why, but you woke up feeling as though you have been run over by a truck?
Sometimes we wake up less relaxed than when we went to bed the night before. It is hard to start the day with neck-shoulder tensions and an aching lower back and heavy legs. This can happen to anyone, you just have to know how you can help yourself. Yoga in everyday life is worth more than practicing once in a blue moon. On a yoga retreat you can experience what it is like to practice yoga every morning and I help you put together a yoga programme you can practice at home that is do-able and not overwhelming that you stop it after a couple of days.
Here is just a little practice you could start practicing in the morning - or only take out of it one yoga practice (asana) that suits you most and do it daily for at least 28 days to experience the effects this yoga asana has on you on an ongoing level.
