With three sessions to join each day, and an individual video call for personalised advice once each week, by the end of the course you will be left with the confidence to continue with this re-balancing and energising practice.
The online retreat includes:
8 week course AUD$55 per week
A personal video call with Shaktiprem once a week
Three sessions per day: mornings 7am chanting followed by pranayama (breathing practices) and asanas (postures done with awareness focused on the chakras), at 12 noon Yoga Nidra (relaxation) and at 8pm a meditation.
All yoga sessions are recorded and will remain available for the duration of the course, if you miss one and need to catch up
